Refund policy

At AllWorks, many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or produced to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, please review our policy below before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and team store items are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is an error caused by AllWorks LLC or a defect with the product.

This includes items customized with:

  • Names
  • Numbers
  • Logos
  • Custom text
  • Team designs
  • Business branding
  • Personalized artwork

Order Approval & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, spelling, sizing, colors, and customization information before submitting an order.

AllWorks is not responsible for customer-submitted errors including:

  • Misspelled names or wording
  • Incorrect sizing selections
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Uploaded artwork quality issues
  • Customer-approved design errors

Colors & Product Appearance

We do our best to accurately represent colors, sizing, placement, and product appearance in listing photos and mockups. However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Screen/device settings
  • Material differences
  • Production methods
  • Lighting in photos
  • Product availability or brand substitutions when necessary

Refunds & Replacements

If there is an issue caused by an error on our end or a product defect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the item and packaging in order to review the issue.

Approved resolutions may include:

  • Replacement item
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund when appropriate

Cancellations

Because many orders begin production quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.

Shipping Issues

AllWorks is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather, holidays, or other carrier-related issues once a package has been shipped.

If a package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with the shipping claim process when possible by emailing support@allworksllc.com.
