Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available in Southeast Texas. Pickup details will be provided once your order is complete.

Yes! Customers may submit their own logos, artwork, or design ideas for custom orders. High-resolution files are preferred for the best print and embroidery quality.
Will my design look exactly like the mockup?
We do our best to accurately represent colors, placement, and sizing in mockups and listing photos. However, slight variations may occur depending on the product, screen settings, production method, and material.
What’s the difference between embroidery, printed designs, and patches?
Different decoration methods create different looks and textures. Some detailed artwork may work better as printed designs or printed patches rather than embroidery. We will always recommend the method that works best for the design and finished product.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many of our items are custom-made and personalized, returns and exchanges may be limited. Please contact us if there is an issue with your order and we will work to make it right.
